Welcome to mvalentinafoto.com. By accessing this website or booking my photography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to protect both your experience and the integrity of my work as a photographer.

 

1. Website Use

    •    All content on this website (images, text, design) is protected by copyright and belongs to mvalentinafoto.com. Copying, downloading, or using the images without written permission is not allowed.

    •    You may browse and share my portfolio for personal or informational purposes, but not for commercial use.

 

2. Bookings and Payments

    •    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session (see Refund Policy for details).

    •    The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session, as previously agreed.

 

3. Delivery of Work

    •    Final photos will be delivered in digital format within the agreed timeframe (typically between X and X business days).

    •    Photo selection and editing are handled by the photographer. RAW or unedited files are not provided.

 

4. Copyright and Image Use

    •    I retain full copyright to all images taken.

    •    Clients are granted a personal-use license to print and share their images on social media (as long as they are not altered or sold).

    •    Some images may be used in my portfolio, on social media, or for promotional purposes. If you prefer your images not be shared publicly, please notify me in writing before or during the session.

 

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    •    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please refer to the Refund Policy.

    •    In cases of force majeure (illness, extreme weather, etc.), sessions can be rescheduled without penalty.

 

6. Liability

    •    I commit to delivering the best possible service. However, I am not responsible for events beyond my control (weather, third-party delays, participant behavior).

    •    Safety during the session (especially with minors) is a shared responsibility between the photographer and the responsible adult.
