At mvalentinafoto.com, I strive to provide a personalized and professional photography experience, with the care and attention your session deserves. Below is my refund and cancellation policy to ensure clarity and trust throughout our process:
Bookings and Payments
• To secure your date, a [percentage, e.g. 30%] deposit of the total session fee is required at the time of booking.
• This deposit is non-refundable, as it holds your date and covers pre-session preparation.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
• If you need to cancel, please notify me at least [X days, e.g. 5 days] in advance. In that case, I’ll be happy to reschedule your session at no extra cost.
• If you cancel with less than [X days] notice and rescheduling is not possible, the deposit will not be refunded.
• In case of emergencies or bad weather (for outdoor sessions), I’ll always be flexible and reschedule without penalty.
Refunds
• No refunds will be issued after the session has taken place and the final work has been delivered.
• If for any reason I am unable to fulfill the session on my end, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, or I’ll offer priority rescheduling.
Delivery of Work
• Final delivery includes the agreed number of edited photos. If you wish to receive additional photos or edits, they can be provided at an additional cost.
